How does the integration work?
Our integration with Ebix’s SmartOffice is bi-directional, which means you are able to import and export client/prospect data. We integrate a large amount of information with SmartOffice, such as, contact and household data, insurance, retirement plans, assets and liabilities.
We also developed a fact finder template optimized for SmartOffice that only gathers data that can be imported/exported. You are free to use this template as is, or customize it to your needs.
