We’re excited to announce the launch of our integration with Zapier, a tool that enables you to save time and automate tasks by connecting apps that you use every day. With this new integration, you can automatically send data collected with PreciseFP to hundreds of available applications, including popular apps such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Redtail, Wealthbox, Calendly, and many more.
Now, you can automate even more of your work, as well as create completely new workflows to make your life easier. From sending client uploaded documents to your Google Drive or Dropbox, to creating a meeting in your calendar when a potential client closes a form, the possibilities are endless.
Zapier uses Zaps to integrate two applications together, and each Zap is centered around Triggers and Actions. PreciseFP released seven Triggers focused on updates with your clients, prospects and forms. The Triggers will send their related information to the Action on the app you select when creating your Zaps. Easy enough!
