PreciseFP AI Certification
Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 1, 2026 | Last Updated: May 1, 2026
1. Overview and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the PreciseFP AI Certified program (the “Program”), which includes the PreciseFP AI Certification Webinar Series, the certification assessment quiz, and the issuance of digital credentials, badges, and certificates.
By registering for or participating in any component of the Program, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
The Program is operated by PreciseFP, a product of Docupace Technologies, LLC (“PreciseFP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Program Description
The PreciseFP AI Certified program is a product education and training program designed to help financial professionals learn to effectively use PreciseFP’s AI features, client data lifecycle tools, and workflows. The Program consists of:
- A live webinar series covering PreciseFP AI features, including the AI Template Builder, AI Report Builder, Web Publisher, conditional forms, milestone and event-based outreach, and the Data Quality Score
- On-demand session replays available to registered Participants
- A 15-question multiple-choice certification assessment quiz
- A digital credential (badge and certificate) is awarded to Participants who meet the passing threshold
The Program is designed for financial advisors, RIAs, financial planners, and operations staff at advisory firms who are current or prospective users of the PreciseFP platform.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the PreciseFP AI Certified credential, Participants must:
- Register for the Program through the official PreciseFP registration page
- Meet the attendance requirements specified for their cohort (live session and/or replay viewing, as applicable)
- Complete the certification assessment quiz within the designated window
- Achieve a passing score of 80% or higher (12 out of 15 questions correct)
PreciseFP reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements at any time.
4. Assessment and Certification
4.1 Quiz Format
The certification assessment consists of 15 multiple-choice questions covering material from the webinar series, including PreciseFP’s AI features, client data lifecycle concepts, and platform workflows. A study guide and session replays are provided to help Participants prepare.
4.2 Passing Score
The passing score is 80% or higher — meaning 12 out of 15 questions must be answered correctly.
4.3 Retake Policy
Participants who do not achieve a passing score may retake the quiz according to the following tiered policy:
- Score of 10–11 correct: Review session replays for the topics missed, then request a retake by emailing support@precisefp.com.
- Score of 9 or below: Watch all on-demand session replays and complete a review of The Complete Client Data Lifecycle guide before requesting a retake.
Retake requests must be submitted to support@precisefp.com. PreciseFP reserves the right to limit the number of retake attempts.
4.4 Academic Integrity
Participants agree to complete all assessments honestly and individually. The quiz is open-note, but must be completed without assistance from other people or AI tools. Evidence of cheating, unauthorized collaboration, or misrepresentation may result in disqualification and permanent revocation of any credential issued.
4.5 Credential Delivery
Participants who achieve a passing score will receive their digital badge within 24 hours of submitting the quiz, delivered to the email address provided at registration.
5. Credential Validity and Expiration
PreciseFP AI Certified credentials are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Credential holders will receive a renewal notice 60 days before expiration. Renewal requires attending a designated renewal session or completing a refresher quiz. Upon completing renewal, a new badge with an updated issue date and a new certificate PDF will be issued. Credentials that lapse must be renewed before the badge may be redisplayed and before the certificate PDF may be reshared. Note that the certificate of completion is a static PDF document that does not update automatically upon expiration or revocation; it is the credential holder’s responsibility to retire all copies of the certificate PDF when the credential is no longer active.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers
IMPORTANT: The PreciseFP AI Certified credential is a product education credential only. It is not a professional license, regulatory certification, or continuing education credit.
The credential does not satisfy FINRA, SEC, CFP Board, NASAA, or any state continuing education requirements unless explicitly stated in writing by PreciseFP for a specific cohort. It does not constitute an endorsement of any Participant’s professional competence or suitability as a financial advisor.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
By registering for the Program, Participants consent to PreciseFP collecting name, email, professional information, attendance records, quiz responses and scores, and credential status. This data is used to administer the Program and, unless opted out, to communicate about related PreciseFP products. All data is handled in accordance with the PreciseFP Privacy Policy at precisefp.com/privacy-policy.
Participants in the EU, UK, or California have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA, respectively. Contact support@precisefp.com to exercise those rights.
8. Badge and Certificate Usage
Active credential holders may display the official badge and share the certificate of completion, subject to the Badge & Certificate Usage Policy. That policy covers permitted and prohibited uses for both assets, certificate integrity requirements, expiration obligations, firm-level usage, and credential verification. Key obligations include: neither asset may be altered in any way; the certificate PDF may not be shared after expiration or revocation; and all requestors seeking to verify current certification status should be directed to the credential registry at [INSERT VERIFICATION URL] rather than relying on the certificate PDF alone, as the PDF does not reflect expiration or revocation.
9. Revocation
PreciseFP may revoke a credential for violation of these Terms, assessment fraud, or conduct harmful to PreciseFP’s brand. Revoked credential holders will be notified by email and must immediately: (a) cease displaying the badge on all platforms including LinkedIn and email signatures; (b) stop sharing or distributing the certificate PDF in any form, including attachments, printed copies, and portfolio inclusions; and (c) if previously provided to clients, employers, or other parties, notify those parties that the credential has been revoked. Continued display or distribution of either credential asset after revocation is a violation of these Terms and may be treated as misrepresentation.
10. Program Modifications
PreciseFP may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email and posted on the Program page at least 30 days before taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. Participants waive any right to participate in a class action related to the Program.
