About the Program
What is the PreciseFP AI Certified program?
PreciseFP AI Certified is a product education and certification program for financial professionals. It consists of a live webinar series covering PreciseFP’s AI features and client data lifecycle workflows, followed by a 15-question quiz. Participants who pass earn a digital badge and certificate recognizing their proficiency with the PreciseFP platform.
Who should participate?
The program is designed for financial advisors, RIAs, financial planners, and operations staff at advisory firms who use or are considering using PreciseFP. No technical background in AI is required — the program is focused on practical application within the PreciseFP platform.
Is this a professional license or a regulatory credential?
No. The PreciseFP AI Certified credential is a product education credential only. It is not a professional license and does not satisfy FINRA, SEC, CFP Board, NASAA, or any state continuing education requirements.
Does PreciseFP AI Certified count for CE credit?
Not at this time. PreciseFP is exploring CE credit eligibility for future cohorts. If CE credit is offered, it will be communicated clearly in program materials before registration.
Registration and Attendance
How do I register?
Register through our resource center. You will receive a confirmation email with webinar access instructions.
Is attendance at every webinar session required?
Attendance is required for each session in order to take the final exam and receive your certification. Session replays are available to registered Participants, and watching replays can satisfy attendance requirements.
Is there a cost to participate?
No, the PreciseFP AI Webinar Series is free to all active PreciseFP users and those evaluating the platform.
The Quiz
What does the quiz cover?
The 15-question quiz covers material from the webinar series, including: PreciseFP’s AI Template Builder and AI Report Builder, the Web Publisher and prefill features, conditional and event-based forms, the Data Quality Score, age-based and milestone outreach workflows, automated reminders, and PreciseFP’s role in a firm’s tech stack. A study guide and access to session replays are provided to help you prepare.
How many questions are on the quiz, and what is the passing score?
The quiz consists of 15 multiple-choice questions. A passing score is 80% or higher — meaning 12 out of 15 questions must be answered correctly.
How long do I have to complete the quiz?
The quiz window opens after the final webinar session. Specific timing and deadlines will be communicated to registered Participants.
Can I retake the quiz if I don’t pass?
Yes. The retake path depends on your score:
- Score of 10–11 correct: Review the session replays for the topics you missed, then request a retake.
- Score of 9 or below: Watch all on-demand session replays and review the Complete Client Data Lifecycle guide before requesting a retake.
The session replays are password-protected. Retake and password requests should be sent to support@precisefp.com.
Is the quiz open-book?
Yes. The quiz is open-note. However, all work must be completed individually — you may not receive help from other people or use AI tools to generate answers during the quiz.
How soon will I receive my results?
Quiz results are delivered promptly after submission. If you pass, your digital badge will be issued within 24 hours.
Your Credential
What will I receive when I pass?
You will receive: (1) a digital badge in both dark and light variants, sized for LinkedIn and professional use; and (2) a digital certificate of completion as a PDF. Both will be sent to the email address you registered with. Note that the certificate is a static PDF document — it does not update automatically when your credential expires or is renewed. It is your responsibility to stop sharing the certificate PDF when your credential is no longer active, and to replace it with a new certificate upon renewal.
How do I add the badge to my LinkedIn profile?
Go to your LinkedIn profile > “Add profile section” > “Licenses & certifications” and enter the details manually. Step-by-step instructions are included in your credential issuance email.
Does the credential expire?
Yes. Credentials are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. You will receive a renewal notice 60 days before expiration. Renewal requires attending a designated session or completing a short refresher quiz. Upon completing renewal, a new badge with an updated issue date and a new certificate PDF will be issued — replace the old certificate with the renewed version. Note that your digital badge on the credential platform will automatically show as expired when your credential lapses, but your certificate PDF will not update on its own. You are responsible for retiring the PDF when your credential expires.
What happens if my credential expires?
When your credential expires, you must immediately stop displaying the badge on LinkedIn, in your email signature, and on any other platform. You must also stop sharing or distributing the certificate PDF in any form — including attachments, printed copies, and portfolio inclusions. If you have previously provided the certificate to a client, employer, or other party, you should notify them that the credential has lapsed. You can reinstate your certified status by completing the renewal process, after which a new badge and an updated certificate PDF will be issued. You may then resume displaying both assets.
Can someone verify my certification?
Yes. Each credential includes a unique Credential ID verifiable at the PreciseFP credential registry. When a client, employer, compliance officer, or other party requests proof of your certification status, we recommend directing them to the registry rather than sending the certificate PDF — the registry reflects current status, including whether the credential is active, expired, or revoked, whereas a PDF cannot confirm this. Suggested language: “You can verify my PreciseFP AI Certified credential at https://precisefp.com/ai-credential-registry/. My Credential ID is [CREDENTIAL ID]. The registry will show my current certification status.”
Privacy and Data
What personal information is collected?
PreciseFP collects your name, email, professional information, attendance records, quiz responses, and credential status. This data is used to administer the program and, unless you opt out, to inform you about related PreciseFP products. See the full Privacy Policy at precisefp.com/privacy-policy.
Troubleshooting
I passed, but haven’t received my badge. What should I do?
Badges are issued within 24 hours of a passing score. First, check your spam folder — the credential email comes from support@precisefp.com. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, contact support@precisefp.com with your name and registration email.
I lost my badge files. Can I get them again?
Yes. Log in to your credential platform account to download your badge files at any time while your credential is active. Contact support@precisefp.com if you need assistance.
