How does the integration work?
The integration with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud allows you to import and export client/prospect data. We integrate the majority of fields related to contacts and household information. Assets, Liabilities, and Life Insurance also integrate bi-directionally with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Financial goals are integrated on an “export only” basis.
We provide an integration mapper that allows you to customize the information that integrates with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You’re able to add new Financial Accounts, Assets and Liabilities, and other custom objects available in your Salesforce Financial Services Cloud account.
