How does the integration work?
The integration with Redtail allows you to import and export client/prospect data. We integrate the majority of fields related with contacts and household information. Insurance, Retirement Plans, Annuities, etc. are sent to Redtail as Accounts and we allow the import of information related with Assets and Liabilities.
We also developed a fact finder template optimized for Redtail that only gathers data that can be imported/exported. You are free to use this template as is, or customize it to your needs.
