Docupace Technologies LLC and its affiliated entities (“PreciseFP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing.”
We use advertising and marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Reddit Ads, Apollo, and HubSpot to measure marketing performance and deliver relevant advertising. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies. In some cases, we may securely transmit identifiers such as hashed email addresses to support audience matching.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
How to Opt Out
You may submit an opt-out request by:
- Completing the form below
- Contacting us at info@precisefp.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.”
We will process verified opt-out requests within fifteen (15) business days as required by law.
Once processed:
- We will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
- We will remove your information from applicable advertising audience lists.
- We will maintain suppression records to honor your request in the future.
Global Privacy Control
PreciseFP recognizes and honors browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by applicable law. If your browser transmits a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser.
Important Note for Advisor Client Data
PreciseFP acts as a service provider to financial professionals. If you are a client of a financial advisor who uses PreciseFP, we process your financial information solely on behalf of that advisor. Requests relating to client financial data should be directed to your financial advisor, who is responsible for determining how your information is used.
