We are a SaaS company that has been providing solutions to the financial services industry since 2007. We are growing and are in need of an additional Support Specialist for our platform.
This is a work from home opportunity.
This position requires availability from 9 a.m. PST – 3 p.m. PST, with occasional extended hours when coverage is needed.
We’re looking for a remote, work from home, Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Your work environment must be quiet and professional.
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be required to:
- Respond to customer requests related to our application’s functionally via email, chat and phone
- Organize and conduct Gotomeeting sessions (www.gotomeeting.com) with customers to show them solutions to their support-related issues.
- Organize and conduct webinars — both to an audience of many, as well as one-on-one web sessions — where you present our application to potential users
- Create and maintain help and knowledge-based documentation
- Be a part of a quality assurance team where you will test new features and releases with the team to help find bugs
- A mastery of the English language
- Knowledge of computers, software, and web-based technologies
- Knowledge of Skype
- Smart phone
