Executive Assistant – Customer Services Team

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of day-to-day Services Team operational needs
  • Managing calendars and scheduling on behalf of the team’s Vice President
  • Understanding relevant team priorities to drive scheduling decisions
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Organizing and supporting both internal and customer-facing meetings
  • Team event planning
  • Professionally representing the company brand in all interactions
